“Tales from the Crib” – Getting Tickets

What’s the play about?

Check out the fun plot on the play’s home page.

What is a Fringe Festival and what are the costs?

The Fringe Festival features dozens of one-hour shows (see examples) at theaters and other performance spaces all over San Diego.  You buy a $7 festival pass to support the Fringe overall and then you can buy tickets to individual shows at $13 each OR you can buy packages (3-shows-for-$35, 5-shows-for-$55, or 10-shows-for-$105).

Where and when are the five showings
of the one-act version of “Tales from the Crib”
in the Fringe?

Wildsong Theatre, formerly the OB Playhouse.

4944 Newport Ave SD, CA 92107.
Parking is always challenging in Ocean Beach so allow time for that.

Sat May 18: 7-8:30pm
Sun May 19: 5:30-7pm
Wed May 22: 7:30-8:30pm
Fri May 24: 9-10pm
Sun May 26: 4-5pm

Note:  Milo will be at the first three shows only, due to long-ago-planned Memorial Day weekend plans.

[3] When you get to the theater (allowing a little extra time), show them both receipts and you’ll get your Fringe Festival pass.

If you’d like to see this show and other Fringe shows with a multi-show pack:

[2]  Buy a multi-show pack here and you’ll receive a code for your ticket purchases.
[3]  Go to https://sdfringe.org/events/tales-from-the-crib as if you were going to buy a ticket, but instead of paying again, enter your code so that it’ll be applied toward your show count.
[4] Also buy a $7 festival pass; it’s required to get into any Fringe show (unless you’ve already bought one, having attended some other show in town; the pass is valid for all shows you buy tickets for in 2024).

Recommended:  Do not plan to pay at the door!  Not only do they NOT take cash, but they don’t take credit cards either!  You’ll have to buy them on your phone quickly before the show!  Do it in advance to save you that headache.
