On the left side, toward the back, you can pull into Milo’s space, which is number 9. Then walk back to the front of the building to come inside.

Milo will give you the four-digit code to open the door to the courtyard. Unit 12 is on the ground level, the last unit on the far right in the corner. There are no stairs but there is a 3-inch step up just beyond the staircase, right where the tip of the green arrow below is. When you’re walking, mind that so you don’t trip. And of course, let Milo know if you have any physical issues where that little step would cause you problems getting to his door.
