Directions to Milo’s parking spot at 3620 Crestwood Place

Finding Milo’s parking spot behind his building

Instead of putting 3620 Georgia St. into your GPS, try to put in 3620 Crestwood Place.
Crestwood is the name of the alley behind my building.

Most GPS systems can be tricked into thinking that’s a real address, so it takes you to the right place.

If your GPS accepts, it great.  Skip the lines in green and read on for where I tell you where to park.

If your GPS does not accept 3620 Crestwood Pl. as a real address, just go to 3620 Georgia St., look at the building so you have your bearings, turn around, and backtrack by making a left on Cypress and a left on Crestwood.  You have to backtrack like that rather going forward because Georgia St. dead ends.

When you turn from Cypress Ave onto Crestwood, you’ll be going uphill for about 10 feet and then it levels out.
There’s going to be fence running along left side of your car for about 60 feet, then a garage, and then you’ll see two dumpsters on your left: one green and one white, side by side.

My parking spot is the one AFTER the two dumpsters.
When you pull in, you should be facing a set of staircases.
Park your car and go up the twelve stairs, pass apartments 10, 9, and 8 and mine (#7) should be the end of the walkway.

You’ll pass a row of houseplants and see the table and stools shown below.
That table and chair is how you’ll know you’re in the right place.

If I’ve asked you to leave something in the drawer for me, you can see I’ve pulled it open in the shot below.

My door at 3620 is a natural wood color.  It follows a long row of house plants.
If you get to a white door, you’re at 3630 by mistake.  Despite trying to be THIS thorough, it happens about once a month, which is why I’m being SO descriptive.  🙂
Since this photo was taken, I’ve added a sign on my screen door that says “3620 Georgia St. #7”.
